Q What happens if a product is out of stock?
A The out of stock product will go on back order and sent immediately when it comes into stock. Your credit card will be debited prior to sending.
Payment is only taken for products in stock.
Q When can I expect my order to arrive?
A If you choose the “speedy vitamin service” we guarantee next day service, 2-4 days for overseas orders. If you choose standard delivery it takes longer.
Q How can I find out what vitamins I need?
A We have a free vitamin deficiency test on line at www.vittest.com or you can call or write to us to request the vitamin test form which you can fill in, send back and your questions will be answered. We also have 2 home test kits, the UriCheck and the Yeast Check.
Q Are all your products natural?
A The majority of our products are natural, in fact we have a large certified range of herbs. We also have a large range of vitamins which are in Trufil™ capsules as are all our products.
Q What are Trufil™ capsules?
A The Trufil™ encapsulated products contain no fillers, binders or added ingredients. No heat is used during manufacture. The Trufil™ range provides just the pure active ingredients, sometimes on a base of stone-ground brown rice flour or pure alfalfa in a vegetarian capsule. This is unique to G&G and means customers cannot easily be allergic to these products.
Q What do synthetic vitamins mean?
A Synthetic vitamins are vitamins produced in laboratories from isolated chemicals that mirror their counterparts found in nature. Although there are no major chemical differences between a vitamin found in food and one created in a laboratory, synthetic supplements contain the isolated vitamins only.
Q What are extracts?
A Of the different herbal forms, extracts are generally the most effective because their active ingredients are more highly concentrated, and they can be standardized to a guaranteed potency. Extracts also have longer shelf lives than other herbal preparations. Fresh herbal extracts retain almost all of the original plant's benefits.
Q Should I take vitamins and minerals with a meal or between?
A All vitamin supplements work best when taken in combination with food. Unless specified otherwise, oil-soluble vitamins should be taken before meals, and water-soluble ones should be taken after meals.
Q Should I tell my doctor before I take your products?
A We recommend you consult a natural practitioner and your local GP if you are currently under medication.
Q Can you guarantee results?
A Attention to purity in manufacturing and innovative research has brought about the range of products for just about every need. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, just return the unused product and we will give you a replacement or full refund.
Q Are there any side effects to taking your products?
A We have no reported side effect. G&G use no fillers, binders or additives in its products which means you get just the pure active ingredients. This means customers cannot easily be allergic to these products.
Q How long can I take these products?
A Check with your practitioner as everyone's needs are different depending on the ailment you are trying to address.
Q Can I take too many vitamins?
A Yes, however the recommended directions are clearly stated on each tub.
