Energy Plus is a carefully balanced protein drink. It contains over 40 different vitamins, minerals and nutrients. It can be taken alongside a healthy breakfast, lunch, or as a mid morning snack. The protein and carbohydrates are in the right ratio and calculated to be just right for optimum use by the body's digestive system. Energy Plus is low in fat (if mixed with water, semi- or skimmed milk) and provides substantial amounts of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbs, including Aloe Vera. It can be used as a meal replacement if blended with whole milk…Add a banana and it's a real treat!

INGREDIENTS: No added refined sugars - only natural source ingredients
Like all of the G&G products, it does NOT contain added sugars, preservatives, chemical additives, or artificial colourants. Only the best quality ingredients are used: Soya Isolate, Stoneground Brown Rice Flour, Dried Whole Apple, Psyllium Husks, Vanilla, Royal Jelly Concentrate, Aloe Vera Concentrate Powder, Vitamins and Minerals.

The vitamin and mineral content of the drink will vary depending on what you mix it with. For example, milk will provide more calcium and fruit juice more vitamin C.

The Soya used in the powder is not genetically modified. It comes from an Identity Preservation program, which controls and documents the Soya from planting to processing and distribution.
